Haley’s approach to working with clients utilizes a number of different therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Adlerian therapy, Solution Focused therapy (SFT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. She knows that in order to meet the specific and individual needs of my clients, it is crucial to be able to draw from different theoretical orientations for therapy to be most effective.
Haley has worked with individuals who struggle with substance abuse and addiction, ranging from adolescence to mature adulthood and also has experience in anger management therapy as well as with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mood related symptoms. She has training in both individual and group therapy settings as well.
