April has embraced her mission in the recovery field since 2012 . She started out assisting efforts in both admissions and marketing departments. Her natural abilities to foster teamwork, build relationships and promote process improvement has culminated to her positions of Chief Administrative Officer and Human Resource Generalist at Wayside House.

April now oversees everything from facility operations such as the day-to-day facility needs, recruitment and staffing, benefits, classification and compensation, employee relations, and payroll. She leads the HR and facility information systems that support our programs and operations.
